NECAB Team wins the KEA-Arattukulam ever rolling trophy

Its with great pride I would like to inform you that our Necab Cricket team under the captaincy of Syam Chand won the Arattukulam Ever Rolling Trophy, defeating last time champions Model Engineering college. Main highlights of the day were big hits by Gireesh(2003), awesome catch by Balettan(1965), Splendid Bowling by Jojy(2004), mind blowing alround performanc by Prashanth KT(2004), smart quick runs by Sajith(2008) and Ragesh(2004) and Nilby(2004) great captaincy and decision making by Syam(2003) and excellent teamwork by other 'A' team members Sachin(2004), Lijith(2004), and Sudeeshettan(1990) and Arjun(2004). During the day we had excellent ground support led by Anjana, Minu, Sowmya, Anu and Sneha chechi which contributed to the high spirits of the game. Also thanks to some "decent sledging" by Sudeeshettan, Raghu , Gireesh and me and thus making Model Engineering college guys drop 8 plum catches !!! Everyone enjoyed the day and I hope the Necab family will keep this spirit and passion during the coming years!!
